Sugar Cookies
3/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients
- Chill dough 1 hour
- Roll dough out 1/2 inch thick, cut shapes
- Bake 400 degrees or 6-8 minutes.
- Let cool, decorate if desired.
